It's up to you now whether you give them some more time or if you decide to submit a complaint as well. Vulkan vegas casino is having a perfect reputation by Casino Guru and the disputes are always solved by them so I would just give them a more time.

As I just mentioned to fabio221963, there are obvious delays of payments in more cases now and withdrawals are probably delayed also via different payment systems. I understand that it's annoying, but I wouldn't worry so much, since this casino has a perfect reputation. I recommend standing it out and being patient for now and wait to Kristina's answer.

I think that this casino is capable of paying out the winnings, on the other hand, I would not be very happy about the delay either. I see that as a bad episode for the casino, I would understand if you submit the complaint if you find that adequate. 🙂

I believe that players are alerted already. It's just that with each complaint raised the casino has to spend more time debating with us about the delay, instead of solving issues, so I mentioned, that submitting a complaint will not speed up the process. 🙁 It's a good thing to do, but it seems that the casino is experiencing a bigger issue of a technical sort, so it is not an act of dishonesty.
I truly hope that it will get better soon.
