Today completes 1 month since I asked for my withdrawal, 1 month to have a withdrawal, open a complaint and the only apparent effective response was an email I received with a code that was asked to be delivered to my bank that said that the code is not useful for nothing because the value was not transferred to my account. heartbreaking

if you check this thread, you'll see that the casino seems to be pretty slow when it comes to withdrawal and verification at the moment. I believe that you should calm down and wait, it's good that you sent all documents, now the casino staff need some time to go through all of those. Try to cooperate if necessary and give it some time.

For a better idea, we allow casinos 14 full days to verify the account and send the winnings. This casino is a decent one, so try to stay calm.

vulkan vegas support asked me to send them an official document from my bank where they (my bank) ask for proof of delivery. I'm being rolled for sure
