Tucan and kingdom are the same.dude that's the only logical explanation of why when they closed that kingdom Tucan got shut down too

It's strange if there not as I had zero problems with but after Kingdom shit me down I can't get into Tucan. If you can get the money owed from Tucan that would help

Hmm, strange, maybe they blocked you if you can't access your account. Didn't they say anything about this? Have you tried sending an email?

I would probably use the complaint form for this situation and our team will see what can be done.

I'm furious Tucan has waited 6 days and then closed my account . They have paid me 3 times up to this point too..it.has to be because of Kingdom. I shall try the form

But as I said, based on what I've seen, this casino has nothing to do with the casino you're talking about.

Try complaining, especially since they closed your account.

FYI KINGDOM has told me I have breached KYC and blacklisted me but will send me my winnings in 14 days. I didn't breach KYC they did !

I spoke with Tucan and have sent over a screenshot of them confirming I'm owed €580 but there not responding to my emails

I have been waiting since the 23rd and then they shut my account down with no explanation. I had 3 payments of them up to that point too. Jaro and his team are trying to sort it at the moment

You didn't tell me that the casino can't find your account. Did they tell you that via email? 

Veronika is dealing with your situation, but it won't be resolved immediately because there are other complaints from other players as well.

I see that several players have the same problem. I will also say that we give casinos 14 days to pay out to players, and if you are approaching this time limit and nothing has happened, you can use our team.

However, you didn't have to provide any documents, did you? What excuse did they use?
