Tucan casino review

Anybody used Tucan casino? I’m waiting on KYC documents to be approved to get a withdrawal, it’s been over 5 days and no movement even though the site states it will be done in 48hours and I feel I’m starting to get the copy and paste replies on the live chat etc that scam sites typically use? There is no review for this casino on casino guru

As for KYC, what did the casino tell you? Did you send all the documents they needed, or are they asking for them one by one? I don't think it has to be a scam right away, so try to be a little patient.

Yes I sent everything they asked for but it’s been 5 days and on their site it states within 48hours and the chat keeps telling me they have high volumes so there is a delay which is a classic scam response,

when you google Tucan casino it doesn’t come up either

As for verification, it is possible that they are experiencing a delay, which can happen. 

I would recommend being patient for a while, and if it approaches two weeks, you can let me know and we will try to help you. 

Alternatively, you can file a complaint with us sooner, but we will wait 14 days from the date you submitted the documents to the casino. 

None of them have been accepted or rejected yet?

Update: I heard back from the KYC dep via email asking for slightly different documents as one of the ones I sent didn’t meet the requirements, which is a positive, I’ve sent the adjusted ones so we will see how it plays out

From what I’ve read about their sister sites (Mad, Mania, Aphrodite etc). They say they accept Uk players but when it comes to withdrawal, they will void the winnings as their terms say no UK players allowed.

Tucans terms say no Uk players allowed, I’m sure I’ve seen they’ve paid Uk players on one of their sites before but I’ve seen many stories of them voiding Uk player winnings even after saying it’s ok( they will take your money but not pay you) .

id prepare yourself for not getting the money but I hope you’re one of the rare cases.

also whenever you ask them about can Uk players play, they ask you to email their support email which NEVER replies to tell you the answer. Its quite smart of them

What specifically was supposed to be different from the documents you sent? 🙂

The truth is that if a player registers at such a casino and provides all the correct information, and the casino has information that the player is from a restricted country, then it should not allow him to play immediately. 

However, if they allow them to play anyway and they lose some money there, but suddenly when they win, the restricted country becomes a problem, then we are on the player's side and the casino should pay them out. 

So let's wait for verification and see what happens. 

Yes I’m going through a similar worry myself at Immerion, have taken my deposits and allow you to transfer via Open Uk banking etc and I’ve saw other British and us players get paid on that site . I hope my withdrawal goes through

My card just wasn’t signed (so that’s on me) I’ve just been fully verified and my withdrawal request has apparently been forwarded to the finance team, so on to the next step

Thanks I will, I’ve seen Immerion have paid out UK and US players and they seem highly rated on casino guru, maybe a reputation for slow withdrawals but I’m hopeful. I’ll make a complaint if there’s no movement . Also they said no KYC which is odd

Great, that's good for you. The casino doesn't have to verify immediately if it doesn't consider it necessary.

I think that if you withdraw more or more often, it will definitely happen. 🙂

I can't give you a precise answer to that question. Verification may be required, but if they haven't asked for it, then it's possible that it won't be necessary. 

It's also difficult to say whether there will be complications. Maybe, maybe not. I don't want to promise you anything or say that nothing can happen, because if it did, I would basically be misleading you. 

But I have faith that everything will be fine. If not, we'll be here for you. 🙂

They cancelled my withdrawal 30 minutes ago and asked for KYC, had to take a picture in front of their website which is odd .

Never mind, it's standard procedure.

Hmm, they often ask for ID, proof of address, sometimes bills, and I don't know what else the casino might need.

But that's just my guess, it may not be the case. 🙂
