Hello, can you say a little more and what is happening on your account that you consider manipulation ? I think you know that if you have any suspicions you can file a complaint with us.

Avoid this casino. They have hundreds of withdrawal options, but 0 withdrawal options. I have been waiting an entire month for them to find a suitable withdrawal options, but until this day they cannot find ANY. I had 3000$ in my account, i lost hope that i will ever withdraw them, and lost them in less than half an hour. I submitted a complaint here but they refused to publish it.

I have the same problem, gave them so many options for making my withdrawal possible but always find excuses
So many attempts on making a withdrawal and the casino makes it impossible. They even suggested to make a new bank account and i did , they even helped me verify and at the time of withdrawal they rejected it even though i deposited money from a visa that is on this account. Then they asked for my accounts to be in Latin letters cause the name was in my countrys language, i sended them an official document with my IBAN in Latin characters and still the money come back to my playing account. They just wait to get to the temptation of spending - losing the amount. But i"ll wait as long as it takes for a result and i hope the casino guru can help me on that.
Hi, I read what you wrote and I'm sorry that you also have a problem with the withdrawal. I saw that the casino gave you some advice like for example to open a new bank account, which seems like a strange alternative if they have enough to choose from.
So when you did, what reason did they give for refusing your withdrawal ? I ask because you describe that you had to verify the account document in Latin letters, which you managed to do, and it still didn't help.
Anyway, don't do anything with the money and our team will try to help you since you have opened a complaint. Hopefully your case can be resolved and the casino will pay you your money.
Well, when i attached the document in Latin i made a new withdrawal and it was rejected. When I asked what's the problem now they didn't give me any answer. Yesterday they informed me that the problem is solved, of course i asked for a receipt of the transaction... so when i have any updates i"ll let you know.🙏
So it makes me happy to see that one problem is already solved. We will be patient and wait for your withdrawal to be processed. Of course, if there is a problem, you have an open complaint.

I gave the casino a second chance and the 2 withdrawals i made afterwards were immediate (got lucky). The thing is that i asked for like a generous compensation for all the trouble they put me through, and since it was their fault i would expect something good, but I didn't get anything. To be fair, they had given me 100€ wager once at the starting of this trouble but since i got to all this trouble for not doing something wrong, playing by the rules... I would expect something better. I don't think i wanna go on playing at this casino since they showed me clearly that they were not willing to recognise their fault and compensate for all these weeks. Because i consider myself playing responsibly and for fun ... after this experience there's not so much fun playing generally. So i'm not feeling right now so excited to play. We'll see if in the future things change.

Pzen, when you withdrew the money from tsars to a bank card , do you have to enter an iban? And what happens when you press pn withdraw? Does it take you to another page or the withdrawal process is done? The withdrawal button from my side does not work nor leads to any page .

May I just ask, if the withdrawal is related to your closed complaint, or is it a new one? I waited from 3/12/2023 to 16/12/2023 to withdraw my money but could not. I contacted their license provider antillephone and the casino mentioned that i did not make the right process to withdraw . They also mentioned that i did not enter an IBAN, but i was trying to withdraw to my mastercard , why would I input an IBAN?! In the entire process of trying to withdraw i did not see any place where i should put the IBAN. That’s why i want a video shot to show antiellephone that no IBAN is required and they purposely ignored my withdrawals for 2 weeks. If i get this video, license provider might refund me the money
The casino permanently closed my account so i cannot do the video shot by myself.
