Great casino to play on. Withdrawals are done within 48 hours.

Bad part is there responsible gambling attitude is really bad.

Can't close account. Can't set deposit limits. Can't do time out .

Not advisable to play here.

I’m having a nightmare trying to withdraw with them. They keep rejecting it for different reasons I’m using bank transfer IBAN. They have said recently it’s because my bank have rejected it but my bank can’t seem to find it.

I reached out to my bank (Revolut), and they’ve confirmed they haven’t received or refused any payments from this casino. The casino has said they will have the payment team contact me over email which they haven’t.


The casino is now saying they’re having issues with Revolut and suggested I try a different withdrawal method. I’ve since requested a withdrawal to my Barclays account, but it’s been pending for over 42 hours now.


Not a great experience at all. I’m staying on top of their live chat support, but resolution is still pending.


Would strongly recommend avoiding this casino based on my experience.

To make matters worse, the live chat support is completely unhelpful. They keep giving the same vague responses, with no real insight or resolution. For example, I recently messaged:

"Withdrawal pending for 42 hours! Please help or sort this issue out."

Their response was:

"Thank you for your immense patience. There is an update on your case; it states - Unfortunately, this is a massive problem at the moment with Revolut Bank. We are aware about this and are working to resolve this for all. In the meantime, we recommend that players use a different withdrawal method or another bank."


This doesn’t make sense, as the withdrawal is now going to a completely different bank (Barclays), not Revolut — yet the issue still persists.


All in all, I would strongly advise avoiding this casino. The lack of transparency and support has been extremely frustrating.

Not 100% still really. Think they were genuinely having problems with Revolut it was just the terrible communication from them that was a problem for me.

Seems like they are very reluctant to pay me, first 2 withdrawals reject they keep saying their payment team rejected it by wont give me a reason why as i am verified. Ive now tried IBAN lets see who that goes.

What do you mean, though, that the withdrawal was declined? What exactly did they tell you, please?

Because I used my card that I physically didn’t have but I sent all the screenshots and bank statements I didn’t get the card it was lost by post and the bank had to issue a new one
