Yes I am aware of the situation. I got one reply from GamingCuracao and sent them all required documents and infirmation and I'm waiting for their response.

And they ain't responding to or providing an explanation to anyone I see. They just prolonguing and stalling the matter. If they had any kind of a proof, they would have provided it long time ago.

Yes, I see no progress so far. Stefan is in contact with them and I assume that his questions are directed to you mainly because of that. 

Well, let's see how it goes because all I see in the complaint so far is what you see.

Well I see no progress. They are just stalling everything. Classic scam move.


If they had anything on me, they would have shown that ages ago.


Isn't that quite simple to understand? If they have a smoking gun we would have seen it.

Haha this is what GamingCuracao sent to me today (their regulator). I am accused of using VPN (which I have) but when you use a VPN Suprabets website doesn't open at all. I can make a video of that. I told then that they should give me all IP logs. They are all from Slovenia. And I am accused of using Martingale strategy. Is this illegal? Hahahaha what a scam this is. Both GamingCuracao and Suprabets are a scam. I will never use casinos with such "licences". Also BTW my winnings were not part of Martingale strategy. I made a baccarat bet for 400€ and for 400€ and then for 1200 € lol. Mainly I used my mobile phone cellular data and occasionaly my regular desktop computer. I tried again to open Suprabets website and it does NOT open at all. I can make a video of that.


And this martingale strategy...even if it is illegal there I lost money with it. I won 2400€ when I didn't use it. So what a freakin scam this is. Both regulator and Suprabets go hand in hand. This shit is regulated only in name as www.thepogg.com says it

After careful analysis with the operator we detected that you have used a VPN, which is not allowed due to well know reasons (player that were banned, multiple accounts, forging identity, etc )

Your country is open to play on their site, so no proxy/vpn was needed.

 

On top of the VPN we see that you used a technique they warn players that is not allowed called: Martingale.

 

Because of technical limitations they cannot stop a player from using Martingale strategy and a player might state that he/she did not read the terms. 

So usually they pay the winnings and warn the player he/she cannot continue with the strategy and will be blocked if he/she continues to apply it. 

 

On this case seeing you were using a VPN which limits their capability of detecting linked accounts or multiple accounts, you might have been warned already about this.

 

Looking closer, you seem to be fully aware that you should not use Martingale, because you were playing in several games with similar RTP to roulette like baccarat.

 

And on these 2 games, you were playing in different versions of it ( Speed Baccarat A, Speed Baccarat B | Turkish Roulette, Auto-Roulette VIP MOB)

 

And on top of this not making clean doubles like 1->2->4, but near double bets (6->15 or 2.9 -> 6.05 ) 

 

So to recap, VPN by itself is completely not allowed, but all this also clearly indicates you knows that martingale is not accepted by their casino and were possibly warned in another account and you were trying to bypass and circumvent the system by using a VPN and mixing several games and making near-double bets .

 

They made the decision to close your account for these reasons and according to the terms your winnings can be voided if this is suspected.

The biggest joke is that they claim I used Martingale and its forbidden on Suprabets but looking at their T&C this is nowhere to be written. What a pathetic scam this is. Fuck them really. Along with GamingCuracao. They only collect money for the licences.


So yeah what Benny wrote is true. What a pathetic joke this is really. Both Suprabets and GamingCuracao should go to hell. Both scammers go hand in hand.

Thank you for sharing what you received from the authority. It is certainly appropriate that you have also passed this on to Stefan who is still dealing with your complaint, so as far as I have read the statement from him, we are on your side. 

I am curious to know how the casino will handle this case and whether they will stand their ground or pay you off. 

Anyway, if they try not to resolve it, the consequences for them have also been outlined. 

So for now, we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out.

I'm sorry to step in, but could you please explain what makes us scammers in your eyes? I have a strong feeling it might be simply because of your unjustified complaint.

You have strong feeling, funny how all your judgements are always base on feelings, I have already predicted your complacency on this thread before my complaint was concluded, I'm also sorry you feel bad about my opinion about CG but of course, suprabet will go away with his/her funds and you will support them, you can ban or block me, but I stand on my opinion you side casino to scam .

Maybe if you read a little more about the player's complaint, you would see that even on the basis that the authority and the casino have decided against her, we are behind the player. You can see it here.

So your opinion is not based on any facts, just on talking, and many players know that. So before you accuse someone of such things, it would be a good idea to find out how things really are so it doesn't end in a fiasco. 😉

Congratulations Martina, really great news!


Still remains the fact that they should be held accountable for trying to block and freeze your funds in the first place. And remains the fact that they are still doing the same thing with lots of other players that combine casino and sports games, and always blame it on sports bets and get away with that.


Sadly this seems the only place where they respond to questions and inquiries.


Never the less, I will also not stop with trying to retrieve my funds. At some point the rules in Curacao also have to change and someone will take a closer look at what they are doing.


Until then, I keep giving them bad reviews everywhere I can, and keep warning new players to stay away.

That's perfect. I'm glad you were able to resolve the situation this way because it was looking all over the place. 

May I also know what you eventually came to and how you came to an agreement or do you prefer to keep it to yourself ?

So what happens now with the Casino rating? Does it remain the same or are these events also going to influence their safety index? It is ridiculous if they are simply allowed to make a closed deal with a player without any further explanation from their side.


Why try to take the money and block a player in the first place?


That same question remains for all the players like me, where they are saying they invoke their internal rule to keep all the funds as a form of some crazy compensation. 🤪

I did nothing wrong and I don't want to compensate you!


Also the idea alone, to compensate then from players that they block with some random sum of money that happens to be on the account is crazy and the stupidest thing I heard.


That means you are penalizing some players for the same offense with say 20€ and 2000€.

Shouldn't there be some table of values for different offenses? 🤔

Of course the biggest joke is, that 95% of blocked players whose funds were stolen did absolutely nothing wrong.


They were not warned, they were not limited, the block came immediately after trying to make a withdrawal.

Hello,

As far as I can see in the complaint, its outcome was set as "other" meaning we can't penalize the casino, since it unfairness wasn't proven. At least we hope the management will consider our recommendation:

"After reviewing information from both you and the casino, there has not been anything that would suggest your gambling difficulties in your request for self-exclusion. We recommend casinos take note of players self-excluding and inform themselves of the reason but this obligation falls to the players alike as it is quite standard nowadays that when the player is unhappy with something in the casino, either the support, promotions, or anything else, they request permanent self-exclusion/permanent account closure. In the future, I would suggest informing the casino support about your gambling problem, and then they are obligated to close your account as soon as possible with much more strict criteria for reopening. Please note that our support in complaints regarding a failed self-exclusion is limited to cases where the player explicitly states they wish to close their account due to gambling addiction. When there is no mention or clear sign of a problem gambler, the player is responsible for controlling their gameplay. 

The casino also provided me with information about your account activities in which you have not played any casino games since your account reopening. As mentioned before, your account was closed due to sportsbook related terms and conditions violations. We do not assist with such issues as we don't have a branch dealing with sports betting yet. We wouldn't be able to advise you correctly as we don't have enough insight into sports betting, and we wouldn't be able to judge competently all the pros and cons, therefore, we have to reject your complaint.

 To Suprabets Casino we would advise giving the players the option to state their reason for self-exclusion in the online request form or ask for it if the player used the chat to do so. It could prevent situations like this in the future.

As suggested before I recommend filing a complaint on one of the sports betting related sites I have linked before. We’re truly sorry we couldn’t be of more help in this case. If you run into any issues with this or any other casino regarding casino games in the future, don’t hesitate to contact us."
