The best way is to play in licensed casinos and avoid scammers. 🙁
Because once the damage is done, there is not much to do about it:
This wasn't a good pick at all.
Well, since the casino does not respond to our complaints and does not try to solve them and also does not have a license so there is no authority to turn to, it is quite difficult to do something about it. From our side we probably can't help more if the casino ignores us.
I would like to believe it's good news but I've also seen a player mention that he's gotten something similar several times and it didn't solve anything.
Nevertheless, hope dies last and so the only thing we can do is to wait and eventually we will find out if the money will really come or if it was just one of the other emails that didn't mean anything.
Either way I will keep my fingers crossed for you. 🤞
I know !!!!I now know to make sure I look into reviews ect!!!!!when people say have you seen the reviews???its annoying because I just trust that they are legit but not anymore .its so frustrating to no we have been scammed!!!!!
They owe me 500 euro but I don’t think I will get it!!!!if I do I will be sure to post !!!!
Before joining any casino I read the consumer reviews on here and trust pilot, I also read their t@cs and if I'm still not sure I speak with live chat or email to get their tone and answer any further enquiries to see how fast they answer.
Oh, I didn't know that email didn't work at all. It's very sad when a casino does this, but even though I hate to say it, I guess everyone who has played here has learned a lesson the hard way.
Obviously I wouldn't be too positive about getting money from this casino, but if by chance it happens to a player, there will be at least a little hope.
However, it would be best to avoid this casino. 😕
I would probably feel the same way, but to tell you the truth, I always recommend doing some research before you deposit in a casino. This casino is rated pretty poorly and its safety index is almost at 0.
I would like to see all the players get paid, but I certainly wouldn't want to mislead.
I'm sorry. 😥
