Nope, still pending since 18th January here.

More than half a year has already passed, the money is surprisingly still visible in the processing of the game account.

Hm, according to what I can see, the casino didn't settle the complaint with anyone and nobody got the money, which is a pity. It's been quite a long time and I'd probably accept that I may never see them again, but I'd like to be wrong. 

Anyway, are you still trying to contact the casino or are you just waiting for the money to come in ? 🙁

I’ve contacted them tonight and I’m just cut straight off!!they are so rude .I would have let it go been as it has been months but it annoys me when I get constant sp emails from them!!!

You won’t get anything unfortunately.They sent me the same email and im still waiting months later.

It’s shocking how they are still getting away with this!!!

I surely understand why you feel that way. It makes me kind of sad as well whenever I see this.

A few months ago (November '23) I had posted into this forum saying how I hadn't received my withdrawal - funnily enough after it being rejected in January '24 then re-requested, I've actually received my money today via bitcoin (my preferred withdrawal method).

I'll never use this site again, but I'm amazed I actually received my money! Hopefully you all do too

How do I get them to reject my withdrawal so I can try and withdraw via Bitcoin ?

No clue, I was fobbed off just like everyone else with closed chats, no replies to emails - all of a sudden I received the withdrawal - bare in mind I originally requested it 18th Nov

I am still able to log in, my balance is zero and withdrawal is still pending.

You think I should ask them to cancel it so I can withdraw via Bitcoin ?
