Check approved on the 2nd of March, Check received today 11 business days later. 2nd withdrawal approved. At least we are moving along.
I experienced that in the beginning when I first won. You need to make a complaint. This keeps them on their toes.
Evening, i myself had many issues with sunrise casino and eventually got paid..... it just takes a long, long time...i no longer play sunrise slots for the withdrawal issues... goodluck
My first couple withdrawals from them were within a couple days. Now this last one it's over a month and still waiting. They expect their players to follow the Terms and Conditions to a T, but when it comes to them it's like they are just a suggestion. Rediculous. It's just unacceptable the way they are making people wait this long. I made a complaint, but from what I've gathered from these forums all they do is stall by asking you to verify your Bitcoin address, etc...and they have it. They are just trying to buy time and hope you get your money during the back and forth of emails. They all know they can't escalate $&i@, but it sounds good so thats what they tell us.
Why have an online casino if you can't payout?
I was playing this morning at a different casino and when I cashed out I had my money literally within minutes...no problem. I don't see how the same process can differ that much.

May i suggest to you that you be very careful in your communications w/ sunrise. Just stick to what they want, give it to them and basically wait it out.
In this thread you will find some comments of others who have had there winnings lost due to what sunrise felt was " threats and aggression w sunrise staff ".

I have been there, mentally its exhausting..... I had many withdrawal issues, so i know how hard the wait is, thats the biggest challenge but i did get paid, and it was worth the wait

Yes I have tried to enter from different devices iPhone iPad and laptop but it doesn’t work still, I’m in again with a VPN from Chicago… I have been having this problem for 5 days already…

so I received information from my colleagues that IP addresses containing the number 403 have been blocked after a series of hacking attacks that have come against us in recent weeks. Can I ask you to send your IP address to our email: community@casino.guru? We will unblock your IP today 🙂. You can find your IP in the Google search, for example, when you enter the search request: "what is my IP?" 🙂
Yes, I still don't have my last Bitcoin withdrawal from them. ($2500) I have made a complaint with you guys, but Sunrise is not responding. It has been over a month. It was approved. I have made Bitcoin withdrawals from them in the past and never had a problem.

I no longer play at this casino due to all of the unfair gaming practices.
The casino saw fit to change my player status w/o reason or explanation. I was not able to claim my comp points or use any of there coupons after my player status was changed out of the blue. I made 5 withdrawals totalling approximately 12,000 dollars, each withdrawal took approximately 6-7 weeks each ( do the math, thats a long time). I followed all there rules and at every turn something unexpected or confusing happened.
Depending on who i communicated w/ at sunrise the stroy always changed. I filled one complaint for a withdrawal for 2494 which was the shortest wait time 1 month.
I still have a comp points I can't claim due to the change in status, as far as I am concerned they can keep them. I am done wasting my time and energy.
