They say 7 to 10 business days to be approved and then 7 to 10 business days for payment. It's 15 business days today and 22 days in total.
Brutal as in they do not hurry at all. Its getting close Jay.... they take there sweet time.... so from experience i can tell you that on day 15 or 16 they will approve u then 7-10 days start over again to get paid... just hang on there bro

Ah!!! 1 out of 4 was approved today...Big, You guess it!. Lets see how long before it shows up in my mailbox. Then we have 3 more to go.

I wanted to add to this that Sunrise seems to have a lot of complaints mainly on delay of payments but at least they respond to the complaints listed by Casino Guru, Not like other casinos especially my recent complaint with Uptown Aces.
Just my thoughts.
UptownAces has a low reputation I was going to play there but I checked first here on casino guru about them and I changed my mind, not playing there…
Hi, I also noticed you already had a complaint submitted about the delayed withdrawal in Sunrise Casino about a month ago, but you managed to resolve it on your own. It seems they sometimes have longer waiting times when it comes to withdrawals, but I hope you'll eventually be alright 🙂
Honestly, Sunrise casino has even lower reputation than UptownAces, but the truth is that Sunrise managed to resolved many of their complaints, which is always a good sign.
Anyway, I'm glad you checked the reputation first before you went to play there. That's why Casino Guru is here. I'm not saying you'll never have an issue in a casino with a good reputation, but the chances are much lower and the chances for getting any issue resolved are actually much higher.

Yup I watched the replay on YouTube channel later that day since I got to know late about the event but I looooved it! Please keep on doing that every year, maybe the casinos will try harder to be fair and transparent with the gambling community that way…
