I understand your negative feelings, I would have them too. Did you play with the bonus or not ? Do I understand correctly that the maximum bet has been exceeded ? Has it happened more than once according to the casino or just once ? If so, did you read the Terms and Conditions that apply to it ?

Sorry, my fault - I should mentioned that the Complaint Team is buried under the pyramid of recently submitted complaints. They are pushing their maximum limits each month,...

I ask you to stay patient 💚, they are all doing their best, and at the same time, each member is dedicated to taking as many cases as possible, sadly days still provide only 24 hours to deal with them all.

I’ve been waiting on a $1200 withdrawal, my verification was speedy, but it took the full 10 days to "approve" and that was on august 23. I keep checking with customer support about my payout and she promptly responds it will be another 7-10 days for the payment to be sent. I am keeping my fingers crossed, but it seems like a much longer wait time than is really needed.
