I have looked into your complaint and it is that the complaint team is waiting with you for a response from the casino as part of your withdrawal. According to the timer on the top right I see that the casino has 4 days to reply, so I'm curious to see what they answer.
Nevertheless, you are still waiting for your money I suppose, right ? This casino is known for its quite late withdrawals, but pretty much a lot of them have been solved, so I hope this will be the case. Fingers crossed.🤞🤞
