Hi, did they tell you why? I know that casinos don't have to offer bonuses to players and don't have to give a reason. But it's not very user friendly, I understand, so I'm asking if they told you anything. 

Yes, they said they don't have such an offer as a no-deposit bonus, although I found this offer on this same website.

And very rude customer support...almost rude to the point of being rude...

Are you referring to our website or the casino website? I believe that if you had a bad experience and customer support was not pleasant, it leaves a bitter taste. 

But what is important to remember is exactly what I wrote: casinos themselves can choose whether or not to offer bonuses to players. 😕
