Hello, I would start by saying that if you write in the user review that you have been trying to withdraw money for 2 days and the casino hasn't given you any concrete reasons why this is the case, I understand on the one hand that you want to know what's going on, but we don't think that the casino deserves 1* for this, because we give the casino 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue. You didn't write anything other than that in the review, so we didn't have a chance to know what was going on. 

Anyway, what did the casino charge you 50 euros for ? For trying to withdraw the money?
