But, you yourself said that ALL THESE PEOPLE got free spins from that casino on the condition that they write a positive review about them here.

And anyone who reads all these reviews immediately sees that it is impossible for this to be true.

What a pity, but the same thing happened to me. The reviews have to be clear. I always read them and consult acquaintances. I hope you have better luck in other casinos. There are many very reliable ones here for all countries.

The great reviews here are so ridiculous 😀 and you don't know who is more ridiculous, the casino that has to bribe its players with free spins or the people who knowingly mislead other people with their fake reviews for a few pointless free spins. I have been playing for a long time and have tested several Versus Odds casinos, every casino from this provider is abysmally bad. The slots in the casinos from this provider don't produce any winnings, the RTP in the Versus Odds casinos is far below average and miserably low.

We also mentioned in the thread that the casino had a promotion and all user reviews that belonged to this package were deleted. The fact that players think that they might get them for a comment on the forum is also funny, but since it has already been explained, I guess there is nothing more to add to it.

When you talk about RTP, what slots do you play and what RTP is there?

I only commented here because a Romi rejected my review, the correct review further up on the page. I don't understand because I didn't write anything insulting or condescending, I just wrote the truth about the casino in a normal tone. So I comment here when reviews are rejected without reason.

The RTP is extremely low. The lowest RTP I have ever experienced is in this casino and others from this provider. The highest win I had in this casino was €30. I have already deposited quite a bit in this casino, no matter which slot you play, there is no chance of winning. You can forget about playing with high stakes here, as you won't win anything and your balance will be gone in under 5 minutes. This casino is one of the worst on the market and that is just the truth.

It's actually not a bad review, you put some pros and cons in there. I understand that you didn't have a good time in the casino and the RTP was at freezing point for you. But the whole text was basically about the fact that you didn't manage to win anything. So the reason why the review was rejected came to you. If it doesn't revolve around that one thing, then your review will be approved. Feel free to include the good things in the text, you can also say that you think RTP is wrong, that's not a problem. But if you just put it down to the fact that you didn't win, then it won't be approved because it's not a casino review.

Ok, I'll take that into account in my next reviews 🙂 but if I don't find anything good about a casino, it's really hard for me to mention anything good. There are many casinos that I think about for a long time and can't find a single positive aspect, I usually write "quick deposit" as a positive aspect because that's the only thing that always works well in almost every casino 😀

It's okay if you don't find something positive about the casino. Your experience may be so negative somewhere that it really is that way. And we have no problem to approve even such a user review. But the important thing is that, as I mentioned before, it's not all about the fact that you lost. 

Players can mention support, games, providers, RTP and various other things that come to mind. It's mainly to give the players the most out of it, because sometimes I don't see the narrative value in a review where I would write that I didn't win. Basically, I don't learn anything else about the casino. 

So that's just my advice and I don't take it badly at all. You've kept a great approach to it and not everyone would have handled it like you did. Rather they would talk about how we are one with the casino because we rejected the review.

I just wanted to add that you wrote nice support in the pros, so maybe there was at least something good there after all. 🙂

Regarding our last f**ck up with the free spins promised to the players... We were so STUPID..

We wanted to get some feedback about Stupid casino, and we wanted to reward players for that with the free spins.

Indeed we did that action on our own, without consulting with CasinoGuru Team firstly about it, and once we realized the mistake we did, it was already too late...

We have never encouraged players to write good reviews about Stupid casino, of course we like those but we can only improve our services through the bad reviews that we get.

It is in human nature to give a good feedback if the reward is promised, but such fake reviews doesnt help us either..

Anyway we apologize for the mess that we created, It was not pleasant for us, nor for the CasinoGuru team.

I would like to say that you have not been the only one with this idea. Avoiding such trends can feel like a huge disadvantage because of the fierce competition, especially in the gambling sector. It is fair to say that I can not think of another casino that was so courageous to admit their "mistakes" publicly. 🙂
