i think this is definitely a management decision and not poor performance of support employees. they prefer to "rob" you once try to make you angry and lose your winnings by playing them again rather than complete the kyc and cash out process smoothly and return back to the site as a happy player. i will try as much as i can to get this money cause its a pretty good win, if it was 300-200-100$ i might have played them back and never visit the site again , but 5k $is too much to make them such a gift. i have the complain in casino guru active, i will get my new id and if nothing happens i will file a complain in anjouan gaming authorities as a last chance.

Nope, waiting from 2.9, i didnt even know did they accept my KYC (I did send valid documents though) when i asked if they have a system to putmyself to break so i dont play my money i won, because of long waiting KYC time. So now i dont even have account they banned me after that because i have addiction they claim.

i wonder why casino guru has a safe and good rating of 8.0,while its pretty obvious every winning players have serious problems to cash out.

i sent valid documents too (just i had the old type of id which is valid in greece till sep 2027 and 100% valid i have done with that kyc in every casino) however to speed up the proccess i got the new type of id.

i m waiting 3 weeks to cash out and still no info and no answer from their support , never had happened that to me at the past.
