I received my money, but not the full amount, as I unfortunately gambled some of it away again - and that was their big wish, like almost every online casino.
I had €2,300 and withdrew €1,000 out of anger at the casino. After losing the €1,300, I set a betting limit, and an hour later the €1,000 arrived. What a coincidence! I'm sure they would have delayed processing it even further. And I won't tolerate or accept that kind of thing anymore.
As a player, you take a high risk when you gamble, and the very least that's expected (in terms of service) is that payouts are processed immediately or within 1-3 hours. This casino uses the well-known "stalling tactic" and closely monitors player behavior.
I won't be playing there for now. I'm pretty sure this casino will cause problems if you win big.

Was für ein Zufall? Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie die Bearbeitung weiter hinausgezögert hätten. Und sowas toleriere und akzeptiere ich nicht mehr.
Als Spieler nimmt man ein hohes Risiko auf sich, wenn man spielt und da ist das mindeste (Service), dass Auszahlung sofort oder so in 1-3h bearbeitet werden. Dieses Casino praktiziert die bekannte „Hinhaltetaktik" und beobachtet das Verhalten der Spieler sehr genau.
Ich werde da erstmal nicht spielen. Dieses Casinos wird bei hohen Gewinnen Probleme bereiten - da bin ich mir ziemlich sicher.
