Hey guys I advise everyone not to deposit even a cent into this shitty scam casino I have already deposited 500-600Euro the last 3-4 months and never won.... yesterday I received an SMS with 75 freespins with which I won 9 I won euros from which I then made 300 WITH wagering requirements that I have already achieved. First of all, they failed KYC several times and everything was delayed. Now they think their terms and conditions say that you can literally pay out a maximum of 50 euros with "bonus money". but had free spins !!! still they want to count that as bonus money!? ridiculous! I advise everyone to deposit a cent there!

I can't explain your losses, but I would like to mention that every time you take the bonus, you agree with the associated terms and conditions - that's normal. Never take a bonus when the terms seem bad in general.
Almost every no-deposit bonus has limited cash-out and a maximum bet. Hence not every no deposit bonus is actually a good one.

I guess that this is not about the general bonus and condition but about the specific one applied to the free spins you took. That's normal that every no-deposit bonus provides only a limited max withdrawable amount.
Sadly, I do not understand the part of the email that is in German, so I have no clue what the cashier wrote to you aside from point 2.
