Hi guys, My R1250 winnings were confiscated and I don't know why. At first I was denied to withdraw, they cut my winnings and I understood, But now, I don't. I really need this money as my life depends on it. Yes it is a small amount. But what's happening found me in a lot of money troubles.

Hi, could you describe on what basis the casino took your money? Did they tell you the reason? 

Regarding your situation, I would certainly never play with something I can't afford and therefore if you don't have money to spare, you certainly never play.

I had pending withdrawal for a week, Then they gave me a bonus to redeem. Few hours later confiscated everything on my account.

So you took the bonus, canceled the withdrawal and played with the money? Did they tell you why they took it, if you broke something or something like that? 

I did not cancel the withdrawal, I only played with the bonus I received. And it was all used up. Later they sent an email saying I used a bonus on top of pending withdrawal, which was pending for almost a week while it was suppose to be only 48 hours of working days. When I got to my casino account I had R0.00 remaining and the pending withdrawal was voided.

That doesn't sound very good to me and I don't understand why the casino took your money. It seems absolutely unreasonable to me. If a player is playing with a bonus can't he have a pending withdrawal? 

Could you please answer Tomas's questions in the complaint? I think he will also need them to further investigate. 

Unless you know the reason and more, we'll have to wait to see what he finds out. 

I have answered Tomas, Yes they say a player with a pending withdrawal can't use a bonus. I wonder why they make these bonuses available to players with pending withdrawals, if they are not allowed to use them.

It seems like such a stupid excuse to me. 

As long as players have withdrawals, it is normal that players should not use bonuses until the withdrawal is paid. But it's pretty unfair if they take everything from you if you use it. That doesn't seem normal to me, and surely they could have them blocked somehow while players have a withdrawal active. Other players have had a similar problem and somehow it was solved, so I hope it could be solved in this case as well. 

Anyway, in the future, until you have solved the withdrawal, do not take bonuses in any casino.
