It's always the same crap and always Fiona in the chat with copy and paste sentences.

After more than 5 almost 6 weeks (!) I honestly don't believe it anymore.

I don't know what's going on or what's being "checked." It's just really annoying because others have received their money, which is fine, of course, but for me personally, it's completely confusing.

Let's see what Katarina will tell us and how it will go on. I also don't know what the casino can still check but until we know more I don't want to guess. 

Anyway, the fact that others are getting money is good news, so I believe that when this is over, it will be the same for you. 

Well, I'm now assuming it's a scam site. There's only one chat bot, and for over 6 weeks, no matter what time, it's always Fiona in the chat with the same answers.

Something like this has only ever happened to me when I didn't get my money back in the end....

The casino has a pretty low safety index, so I wouldn't play here just because of that. 

But I saw that Romi got the case, so she will contact the casino. 

We'll see where we go from here.

For me, this casino is 100% fake and a rip-off! For weeks, no matter what time of day, the same chatbot, "Fiona," has been calling.

The same answers - not a single written sentence that is self-explanatory.

I don't receive an email address that I can contact, and the money is still being processed.

The same thing happened at Betsolino Casino. First they paid out a few players, then they stopped and ripped them off...pretty similar.

I got a response from Spincastle! 😀 FAKE I told you!

I'm worried that the casino won't respond when you also say that they keep giving generic answers and nothing has been resolved for some time. I would like to be wrong, but apparently it will be sad in the end.

Well, that's pretty sad. According to what I have seen, the safety index should drop even lower almost to zero. 

I guess that says it all and there's not much more to say.

Please only write something if you know what it's about... I'm not stupid, even if you make it seem that way quite often.

Of course, I replied to the email that sent me advertising and offers from this casino. I didn't just write an email; I responded to an advertisement!

And why don't you just write to the email address provided directly by the casino or its terms and conditions?

I did, of course! And I've been waiting for seven weeks, and there's been no response or reaction.

So I simply replied to an "offer" email and then received this email from the gentleman above as a reply.

And I continued to be in contact; he wrote to me that several people had contacted him about a cash payout....

It's just meant to be shared here. I don't care what you do with it. I gave up on the money a long time ago.

I received €50 VIP credit today from my VIP manager 'Richard'.

Talking to the AI bot yesterday, said 7-21 days is standard but can take longer.

How ridiculous.

No one to complain to as they have a fake license and no one overseeing.

I wouldn't be surprised if they make the games easy to win at the start.
