Yeah exactly. My proof is also screenshots of emails from game providers. I cant understand how that is not enough proof. They are probably trying to ask the fake casino themselves if the allegations are true...

Are you serious with this? How emails from game providers are not direct proof? This is fucking ridiculous. Just ask the game providers yourself. You are just trying to wash your hands from this. Take responsibility and react quicker. Players are doing better job than you guys who are advertising this site.
"I was talking about screenshots, not forwarded emails, by the way" - My point here was that in the screenshots I sent there is email responses from game providers and you said screenshots aren't direct proof. I disagreed with that since the screenshots I sent include responses from game providers, which is a pretty good proof in my opinion. Other players have sent the same screenshots too (email responses from game providers).
What makes me angry here is that you won't prevent more players falling for the site since you won't put any warning while the site is being "investigated" even though you have been provided email responses from game providers and it's been over a week now since those were sent and nothing has happened yet.
I sent an email on April 6 or 7, depending on the time zone. To date, I have had no reply.
What's more, there is no open complaint because you closed my complaint, even after I asked for help... That was back in January! I asked you to help me, and to this day I'm waiting for someone to help me. Now it's not necessary! It's there, you can check it out.
