It doesn't require knowledge or being an authority to check the servers the games are hosted from. I have no knowledge about coding/network/servers, yet I was able to check the game servers through browers inspect element feature and saw their servers are different were the games normally are hosted from. Also they didn't have replays which is also a red flag. Same thing with the license. They claim to have CIL master license that is valid till May 2025. Well last CIL licenses expired in January 2025 and there was no renewals because of new regulations with the Curacao Gaming Control Board (Only authority nowadays which has authority give gambling licenses in curacao)
Their games and license has been fake always so I'm surprised why would you advertise a casino that fakes their gambling license and games? How would you know if it is a real license or not, well as I explained all CIL licenses expired on January 2025 and their license is valid till May 2025, so basically if you had knowledge about licenses then you would've seen that their license is fake.

I have been literally spamming different sites and game providers about this case for a week now. Some won't even answer or you can't send them an email or the contact us form doesn't work. It wouldn't been that bad if the site was down but no it's still online and apparently you can still deposit and play there.
It's not like this is just some casino that has problems with withdrawals, this site is a pure fraud. Designed to be a scam only and was never a legit online casino.

Not actually sure what you mean by "taken out." Yes, sometimes it takes quite some time to review the players concerns, confront the game provider and casino, and then proceed with received information to final action.
To wrap up, we have holidays, including Monday, and we have also been engaged in team building activities, which has resulted in an accumulation of work. I'm trying to be honest with you here. So please do not use my honesty against me.

Dont you understand how serious this situation is here. It's not like I want to complain again and again but nothing seems to happen. Like I have said it annoyes me that you haven't put the warning while the data is being investigated because some people could visit the casino from here. And what I mean by taken out is that is it gonna take 1 month before the site has been removed from guru. And you probably won't receive any reply from the casino because it is not a legal casino, like game providers have said it is run by organized crime so the people behind it are not regular casino employees.
And you could leave a note to them with something like "This is urgent there is a fake casino with fake games and license which is being investigated by police could you please check the evidence sent by players and warn players while the site is being investigated"

There's no excuse not to put a warning or inform players via email or something about this case. It's like you think this is not a serious thing. And again I'm not meaning you I'm saying in general. Doesn't matter how busy data team is, a case like this should be taken seriously and once seeing the evidence you should warn players about the investigation, because the site is still online and you can play there.
Feels like you guys don't trust the players and your way of solving this is not okay because first you want to confirm this information from the providers and then inform players. When you could warn them beforehand because the site is dangerous as seen in the evidence sent by players. If I worked here I would've immediately looked into this case and warned players about it. But you guys are too busy focusing on something else when there's a serious case like this.
Also feels like you are taking this as a personal attack when people are just worried and annoyed because nothing is being done about this case. Not warning players about it, first solving this case for weeks and then announcing that this site was a scam. Preventing more players falling for this scam is the most important part right now because the site is still online. Affiliate sites have some responsibility what they advertise, especially when there's evidence supporting it and it has been given to you long time ago and still nothing has happened.
It feels like they think we are lying about this case and not taking this seriously.
