This is the second time I've been more or less cheated by Spinnrollz, and each time with the same excuse: they're bonus winnings and can't be withdrawn. I'm playing with real money, what's with all this talk? Now, a very large win has simply vanished from my account again. And they don't even bother to respond to my messages. As mentioned before, I deposited real money and won free spins with almost my last few euros. These resulted in a win of €16,900. When I then wanted to withdraw the money (which is only possible in small installments), the entire sum had suddenly disappeared. Upon inquiry, I was told once again that it was bonus payments that are not paid out. This had already happened once before, when it was €3,000.

It happened to me too. I deposited €50 and they gave me a €50 bonus. At one point, I had €3,700 in winnings, but when I left, I had only €250. It didn't work like that before, and they'd pay you the full amount. Now, they say you can only get five times the bonus amount.

I also have a problem with SpinRollz. On March 2nd, 2026, I deposited €20.00 after opening an account there. I played the slot game "Gates of Hades" and after a few spins, I actually got 3 scatter symbols, triggering 10 free spins. During this free spin series, I was lucky enough to win 500 times my deposit. In total, that was about €770.00. I played for a while longer, but then my luck ran out and I only lost money. I stopped playing when I was down to €500.00 and requested a withdrawal for that amount.
I've already emailed them twice asking about the status of the payment and whether any documents were missing. Each time I was given a vague reassurance, but no mention of any missing documents.
