They canceled all the withdrawals, so I lost everything, it doesn't pay, Dama was once a good company.

Hey, I see how that turned out. Couldn't you wait a while and ask why the withdrawals were canceled? I know you've been playing in casinos for a long time, so you must know that a lot of them don't pay you right away. If you lose money, we can't help either. I think that sometimes players should be at least a little patient if they want to get their money. 

My account got banned with a balance of 500e. No explanation i have deposited with bonus and without and lost over 3k

Did you request a withdrawal, and then they banned your account?

I believe you should try to file a complaint for this casino as well, then.

This site along with it's sister sites have in their T&Cs that withdrawals could take 48 or 72 hours depending on the site, but I have noticed that no matter what your withdrawal will be approved right at the maximum time. If the site says it can take UP TO 48 hours, you will get it in exactly 48 hours, and same goes for 72. I find that very odd, and when I asked support they said they weren't sure why that would happen. Seems like they wait the maximum available time to see if people will cancel their withdrawals.

Did this happen to you at this casino as well? But have you received the withdrawal all okay?

In my opinion it is nothing to be worried about if players get paid, actually. At the end, it is written there, and if the casino really pays their players, it's okay with me. 🤷‍♀️
