Is it even legal to include withdrawal option "SEPA INSTANT" if it's not instant? They approve my withdrawal instantly + send a message in my account that their "operator" has succesfully paid out my withdrawal but in reality I have not received it. I know for 100% that there are no issues with my bank (Revolut).
Their processing team in e-mail ignores me, they have not answered for almost 24 hours and support tells me that it's because of high demand.
WELL, if it's because of high demand than I have only 1 conclusion - Their SEPA Instant payment is crashing all the time. Do I really want to continue to play here? I don't know. I just don't like that they advertise Sepa Instant if in reality it's not instant. I would be satisfied to receive answer that they don't pay out and process withdrawals during Saturday/Sunday but they are claiming they do. I think it's very misleading from their side and it needs to be changed.

I asked for my account to be blocked via the email they provided. They did not respond for two full days and still haven't. I got it restricted via support, finally. I wish they refund the money I was able to lose during these two days I waited. It's not a large sum, but I hope they take some responsibility for the lousy quality of service.

They have this active promotion that you have a chance to receive 30% of your Skrill deposit (over 30 EUR). Today I deposited via Skrill like 4 times above 30 EUR and they didn't even give me this bonus. I know it can be awarded once in 24 hours, thats not the issue here.
Issue is that they have fake promotions to get players to play.

As far as I can tell, this is, sadly, quite common. You may see general advertisements or even receive more personalized ones, but eventually it is the casino/bookmaker who may alter or restrict the offers for you. Bonuses are marketing tools, nothing else... it's about money.
BUT when deposits get involved, such contradictions are not fair. Players should be guaranteed the same TaC active and specified the best way—preferably on the website the moment the deposit was made. Or there should be clear communication and an option to get back the associated deposit, I'd say.
Just curious here, are you convinced you met all of the requirements for the promotion? Is it also stated in the rules?
This is not a particularly enjoyable user experience, but Sebastian does not appear to care.

Yes, I suppose that I have completed all steps neccessary to receive bonus for depositing with Skrill account. Logically thinking, if I didn't - customer support would point it out and I wouldn't even be dissapointed and would just blame myself for not completing something.
As I understand from promo - Just deposit via Skrill to your account, it needs to be over 30 EUR and you can get 1 additional 30% bonus amount once per 24 hours. I didn't deposit previously over 30 EUR via Skrill so yeah, that's not the case. I have also read T&C carefully, didn't find any information what I could have done wrong but as I mentioned previously, agents didn't point out any of my fault and just said I can't get the bonus as they have every right to suspend or change promotion terms.
I understand they can change everything they want but if you cancel a bonus for a player, why promotion is still active for other players to see? It's very unfair and not a good practice by this casino.
