I still have not been paid nevermind a response after they requested it with Casino Guru. They thieves and it does my head in that they don't have a lower rating. I think the player is on the same wavelength as you, because he didn't get paid either.
I saw that they did not respond to you and therefore not to us, which led to the complaint being closed as unresolved, for which the casino received black points.
In any similar situation, even if the casino does not respond, it is a good idea to file a complaint, because that way the players can warn each other and the safety index will only go down. Surely if a player wants to play somewhere and looks at the forum, user reviews and complaints, he will learn that the players have a problem and the casino does not care to solve it.

Sadly, I thought I would recommend filing a complaint, but since they didn't respond, there's probably nothing more that can be done.
