The other player makes a valid point, as much as I hate to say it. We viewed this casino as extremely risky and unreliable. I would not put much hope up, but I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Oh, this doesn't sound very promising. I must admit that it's even stronger from my perspective because I was relieved to see the casino close. When it first opened, it had a very poor reputation. Now it appears that they may have reopened with the same poor services, as based on your experience.
