Hm, they say up to 21 working days. That's a very long waiting time for the withdrawal, but I'd wait for the 21 days and then I'd confront them with it. Tomorrow should be the last day according to them so I'd contact them once again on Friday if they don't process it.
If you don't receive any reasonable answer, I'd suggest you to submit a complaint in this case. 21 days are more than enough for 1 withdrawal.
It seems the complaint is inevitable.
The casino's explanation is not that bad, untill it mentions that 7-21 for a wire transfer, I'd say it actually means 7-21 for the casino dept. to send the money. As far as I know, standard wire transfers take a couple of days.
