Hi, does this mean that you have passed the verification successfully or are you still waiting for confirmation that you have a fully verified account ? I would like to point out that we give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawals and KYC, so I guess if you are waiting only a few days there is nothing to worry about yet and I would recommend to be a bit patient.
