Not a single hint of how to do that, I'm afraid. Furthermore, we deem CIL licenses as the less trustworthy among all at the moment. As I was recently told, no way to check its authenticity. Not a good sign either, if you ask me. 🙁

Curacao Interactive Licensing (CIL) has N.V. 5536/JAZ registration number within the Curacao gambling jurisdiction. Actually, CIL Curacao is one of four regulatory bodies that are entitled to issue gambling licenses by the Curacao government.

Unfortunately, there is no much information about this regulatory body to be found online, This gambling commission does not even have an official website.

However, I will try my best to provide at least some information about CIL Curacao, which hopefully will be helpful.

Frankly, the email probably doesn't support announcing any complaints. Last I was told, it also didn't provide a CIL license confirmation too.

I hope the situation has changed while we were "not looking"...👌

Hi, according to what you wrote it looks like you have to wager 3x the deposit and then you should probably be able to withdraw the money. However, if you are not sure about something, I always recommend asking support or live chat about such questions and they should be able to guide you on what to do in such a case.

I've never been able to withdraw it. I've been denied 6,000 reais and they haven't refunded it even to play again. Everything was fine until the last attempt, then they changed the excuse and never again.

Could you be more specific and tell us why the casino rejected your withdrawal, though?

It could be specific, yes. But I'd like to know if you can solve this problem? Would you be responsible for solving it or is it just curiosity?

I tried to withdraw for the first time but it didn't work because I had an active bonus. Okay. That's fine.

I continued playing, and even the amounts were cleared for withdrawal.

When I completed the rollover (I think that's what it's called), which took about 4 hours or more, I "won" R$ 6,000.00.

I went to withdraw but I wasn't verified, so I sent all the documents etc. and it took a long time, but finally I was verified, in turn, the withdrawal was disapproved for not complying with the platform's rules.

And I didn't break anything. I had to read everything, so I know it's unfounded.

But since they have full access, I asked for the bets that had violated the rules. They never sent them to me. And strangely there was no history of the bets and I don't think there is to this day. And they found a way of not paying and basing it on an issue they had no access to.

So there were three different reasons for not paying. And when I got everything they demanded, they came up with this excuse that doesn't hold water.

I had many conversations with the agents, one of whom even said that everything was all right and all I had to do was wait for the money to arrive in my account. Days of waiting.

Deposits are credited instantly, but payment takes days, and in my case they didn't even pay.

They don't pay and they don't prove it.

I advise against playing.

Okay, so they accused you of breaking some rules, yes, and when you talk about the bet and you mentioned the bonus, could it be that you broke the max bet on some slots? Or could it be something else? Could you show me what the casino wrote to you specifically and therefore some communication between you where they accused you?

Yes, they accused me of this as a last-ditch effort to avoid paying, because I've been through the same thing before, I've read the regulations in full and I'm convinced that I haven't violated any rules. Especially bets over 9 reais with an active bonus. But they resist sending me a history of where I supposedly broke the rules, and to help, they don't have the option of a bet history; precisely so that in these cases only their word is valid.

In this case, I would suggest you file a complaint then, so our team can have a deeper look into this.
