Good day

Both my husband and I tried logging into Slots Garden casino for more than a week now but gets redirected to another casino. We both have pending withdrawals and would like to know what's gonna happen to our money. Why can't we log into your casino and why is the payment taking so long. He is waiting since 26 June and I'm waiting for 2 weeks already

Hello, I'll try to ask my colleagues to investigate this issue. We should hopefully know more on Monday. When you're redirected to the other casino, have you tried to ask the customer support about it?

Yes, we asked but cannot get an answer as they tell us that they are not linked to Slots Garden. It is really strange because a casino cannot just disappear. But they also delayed payment of my husband for a month and we even sent a few emails but since they disappeared no one replies to the emails anymore.

I have a pending withdrawal of R10 000 and my husband have 2, one is R4000 and the other R6000. And his first withdrawal was made exactly a month ago. We realized something is not right when they kept on saying 2 or 3 more days.

This is not fair as they so easily accepts our deposits and you can also check that we made quite a few before we actually do get a win to make withdrawals.

I also feel casinos can get money from you within 2 minutes but if they must pay out you must wait so long and they also look for reasons not to pay you. Please look into this

Ive tried it and it redirects me to Yebo Casino. And why are they not answering our emails? They received all our documents and have all our details. Why cant they proceed with payment? Can you please look into this?

It's been unfair but I won't give up as I'm sure that's what they want. It's not even about the money anymore I see this happens to lots of people. But I won't let back down till they do the right thing!

According to the complaint, that case has not been resolved yet, and the casino indicated you took a bonus that limited your maximum winnings, while you keep repeating the MINIMUM.

Yeah I put in a compliant but they locked me out of my account or deleted it and they owe me 100 in Bitcoin I won off money I deposited. I think if they won't pay they need to refund all the money I ever deposited there .
