they said that they want me to deposit more money or I won’t get paid. Which makes no sense at all - why would I deposit money when I did that already and I won and they won’t pay that.

I certainly wouldn't do that. I don't see the reason for it either. I would understand if it was some kind of verification deposit, but the casino is not supposed to ask for that multiple times either. So definitely wait and see how the complaint goes and don't gamble with the money or deposit any more. We'll see what we get to and hopefully you'll be able to receive the funds. 

they ask for 1 more deposit, because they want to rip you off as much as they can. that's why they don't respond to player complaints, unlike some other casinos.

i know….its a huge disappointment. They said - deposit $1,000 and then I can take out $1,000…Becca’s that makes sense 🥴

This is very sad and certainly not the way a casino should behave. I wonder if they will respond to the complaint or if it will eventually remain unresolved. As soon as I got the money I would probably be determined where I would never go to play again. 🤷‍♂️

Why do I think so? You have to be kidding... How many people on this forum have had the same problem with this casino? And withdrawing money from the account has always been a problem.

Yeah, we know that there had been some issues, but now the casino is closed, so that is why Jaro asked you if you happened to play there before it was opened that you believe it is rip, as you said.🤔

I'm so glad the casino closed. I hope many other online casinos (with similar business policies) will soon too.
