So I get bored and I play some of the balance and now I have it up to over $5k and they are suddenly trying to tell me that I had some free spin money on that…but that never came up before and I lost on the initial freee spins. And deposited after that and won and never used a bonus - and they still are saying $100 at a time because my initial deposit was only $20. So if you don’t make a big deposit I guess you get penalized with a frustrating payout routine
I think it's complicated and I wouldn't want to take so long to withdraw the money... However, I wouldn't play any further and I'd rather get paid out because you can still lose a lot in the end with this style.

Well it looks like they are going to make me take over a year to collect my winnings. They will only do $100 MAX withdrawal per day and that withdrawal takes a day to be paid out. I won off from a $20 deposit. And it’s like I am being punished for not making a bigger deposit. If I deposit $1000 though, they will increase it to $1000….that is absolutely ridiculous.
I have $4,503.00 waiting to be paid out, approx 45 days (I’m in a mood, my anger seems to have affected my math skills…not a year as I said, only 45 more days worth….)
May I ask if the casino gave you any explanation about why you are able to withdraw only $100 per day?

Wow, I read your conversation with the customer support. If you win 4k and they try to force you to deposit 1k just to increase your withdrawal limit to 1k per day, it sounds really fishy.
There's literally no reason to keep your withdrawal limit to 100 bucks per day. That's rather bullying the customer and attempt to stall the withdrawal as much as they can while hoping you'll give up and lose the remaining balance before you manage to withdraw all the winnings. That's it.
Please, stay strong and patient, withdraw your winnings and run away from the casino 😉
Now they have stopped paying the $100, saying I haven’t met waging requirements (I stopped planning because I just want to collect this and be done) and they won’t reply to my chats or emails….ugh I totally agree - it is bullying and they want it to be replayed and lost 😞
