fileThis to me is an insane rule. -all 2500$ of my winnings which about half of were won playing roulette and blackjack were reduced to 200$ which was my deposit.

You guys cannot possible have this as an 8.1 that fools people. This casino has so many hoops and ladders ment to screw over the player as if RTG slots didn’t already carry a massive house edge. Unbelievable. 20 time’s the deposit amount bet if you bet over 10$ you are screwed. Change the rating. This place sucks.

Hello.

Frankly, the max bet rule is pretty common and even if you submit a complaint, the moment we find out that you breached this rule, the complaint would be closed as unjustified. Simply because you got an advantage by accepting the bonus you are supposed to respect the max bet rule.

This is the reason we provide players with this information for each bonus we put in our database:

It's also pretty common that some of those bonuses are only available for slot games.

Each bonus has its terms and conditions this is no shady practice I dare to say.

No shady practice? I max bet like 2 times and when I did I hit a bonus. Literally I work in gaming and if anybody reads this thread do not red the reviews as genuine posted by this website because it isn’t true. Just go gamble on stake. At least you get a real shot at money rather than these risky dink shit holes on the internet. 8.1? Your criteria sucks. If you play on this be prepared to get CUCKED not fucked Cucked. Idgaf about the 200. I’m getting it back. What a LENGTHY TOS. You have no shot. The house edge has to be so dramatically increased because of this that you literally stand no shot of winning. NO SHOT. Do not take this websites advice. Do not play at any of these ghetto back water shade fest casinos. Nothing is provided to you upfront. I’m more pissed at your shit response than Shazam. Ban me delete the post or the account idgaf.

The max. bet rule is a standard rule applied to most of bonuses. It's very rare to find a bonus that doesn't have this rule attached to it.

Anyway, I can imagine a situation where even though the player breaches this rule, it wouldn't be fair to void all winnings. The rule exists in order to make sure that the player needs to play a certain amount of spins with the bonus before they complete the wagering requirement. Of course, that decreases the players chances on completing the wagering requirement and it also reduces the chance that a player gets some huge winning while playing with bonus money. That's why the size of bets is capped. Just in case it actually happens and the player wins a lot, then another rule comes in play - the "max. withdrawal limit from a bonus"

On the other hand, I remember numerous occasions when we favoured the player when it came to breaching this rule. It's typically in a case when the player plays a lot of spins, but breaches the max. bet one or two times without winning anything from it. In such a case, it's clear that the player just did a mistake which can happen when you wager hundreds or thousands spins on various games. The fact the player didn't have any significant win from the spin also shows that the player didn't get any unfair advantage by doing the mistake.

We also ask casinos to look at these cases as individual cases. You shouldn't just void the winnings because the max. bet rule was breached. It's necessary to look at other bets, the player's behaviour etc.

Before you play read the T&C's. This way you will know the rules before hand. Also the personnel at Casino.guru are very nice and very helpful. I think it would be proper for you to tone down your wording in this discussion. Not appropriate!!!

The owner of the casino in question appears to be Alistar Solutions NV and not Superior Group VIP

This shows who owns the license - meaning can be a sub-company, not the actual casino owner.

When it comes to online casinos, finding the "end" owner is quite an investigation.

Stil, I will forward this to our data team just to make sure that we have not missed something.

Thank you.

It is very likely that Alistair Solutions NV manages the site and is the direct owner, not reading other useful information on the platform.

If this is supposed to be a question, then I don't have any answer.

What happened with Shazam? 🤔

I came to Casino group to get a game that was well-established, and had no complaints as my friend had just gone through Not being paid for three weeks at another casino so I used one that guru recommended which was Shazam Casino. I started October 31 to try to get a withdraw. I have sent in my paperwork to two different emails four different times and they keep asking for the same form that comes over and over with the other paperwork. I finally gave up, once later, and spent my money, logged out of the account and I won’t go back to Shazam again! Casino guru, you may want to rethink putting this on your list again.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing!

It's quite the opposite actually. We intend to put every single casino on the list, so not a single one is hidden, the main purpose is to review all casinos. The idea is to warn against the bad ones as well as inform about the good ones.

It's a pity that you did not submit a complaint though. If the casino act unfairly, we are interested to know that and collect evidence to consider its reputation score.

KYC is quite an important process and the space for mistakes on both sides is pretty big, I'm sorry to hear that it did not work out well for you.

Are you guys sure this casino is licensed? All I can see is this a scam they don't have the licensefile

Hello,

good question.

Gaming Curacao uses a real-time validation seal; I am not familiar with this screenshot.

Get specifics in this guide 👈.

I would say that at least three scenarios could occur:

  • The seal is located somewhere on the site, and it says "verified"
  • Although the seal is absent, the casino is currently undergoing a transition as a result of significant changes to the Curacao Gambling Law.
  • There is no seal, so the casino might be operating without a license temporarily or permanently.

Can you see the seal somewhere?

Well, any player is welcome to contact us with any updates, though, in any case.

You can find this feature at the bottom of the Overwiev 👈 page. Feel free to share this screenshot with the Data Team.
