Днес се възползвах от 100 % бонус 25 лв. с изискване зразиграване х5, т.е. 25 лв. депозит и 25 лв. бонус - 50 лв. х 5 - 250 лв. сума за разиграване.
Спечелих 1400 лв. и опитах да ги изтегля, даде ми грешка и сумата изчезна от баланса ми. Писах на чата им и техен служител ме увери, че тегленето е в процес на обработка. Обикновено тегленията се получават моментално, а в редките случаи, когато това не е така се получават имейл и заявеното теглене е видимо в акаунта на играча. Но този път нямаше нито имейл, нито в акаунта се виждаше заявено теглене.
Отново писах в чата и тогава служителка ми обясни, че съм имала още 10.50 да разиграя бонуса, но съм го отказала (не съм разбрала как и кога) и поради това цялата сума от 1400 лв. е била в бонус баланса, а не в реалния, и нищо не може да се направи.
Според вас редно ли е това? Мисля, че след като е имало 10.50 за разиграване на бонуса, тези 10.50 трябва да сав бонус баланса, а останалите 1389.50 да са в реален баланс. Как мислите вие? Коректно ли е това от страна на казиното? В другите казина бонуса си е бонус, а останалите суми са в реалния баланс.

However, even if there is any amount left unwagered you should get the chance to complete the wagering if you did not breach any rule previously. I don't make big deposits and I don't place big bets. But in this casino, for the first time, I overdid it and exceeded my budget.
In one month I lost BGN 3000, which I have never done before.
The casino let me down with high RTP and bonuses. In the last one month, I have deposited 50 times worth BGN 3,000. And I have never seen a profit more than 1x the value of the deposited amount.

If the amount of the bonus without the deposit must be bet 35x, then 35x60=2100 is obtained. In order to receive the amount of BGN 60, a deposit of BGN 100 must be made. How then is this amount of BGN 4,200 obtained?
