I post because people don’t know how this murky awful world of casinos and their affiliates work. I wouldn’t have a complaint with casino guru against anyone as it’s smoke and mirrors.

I will try to describe briefly. I threw a deposit of about 60 bucks, took a bonus of 60 bucks, laundered the wager, there were 1000 dollars on my account. You could only withdraw 500 per day. And then the heat began. I sent all the docks for verification, I deposited and withdraw funds to the crypt. And from the end of March to the present day, I was fed breakfast. Then they said that Easter, although it had already passed, and before Easter they said that the holiday was all the same, today and yesterday they told me to write to the financial department, although I had already done this 2 times and did not receive an answer. Sadly I inform you this casino is not paying out, as you can see in this thread and the unsolved complaints, there are many users with the same problem and the casino isn't doing anything to solve the situation. I would like to recommend to not play there anymore, don't make any new deposits, avoid spinpirate too or any casino related to Zeus Lightning N.V.

Your posts get removed because you make personal attacks to other users. You can clearly see how we all agree casinos are a scam (specifically this one), but for some reason you point other users. Criticism is necessary, casino guru isn't perfect, I personally can point some flaws I have found but I always keep in mind it's a free service (at least you don't get directly charged to use it), but saying it's all bad isn't fair neither.

You filed a complaint against another casino and it turned out unsolved, and while you can say nothing was done to help you, it actually helps other, since the rating get lowered for every unsolved complaint and it's public for everyone to see, your experience serves as a warning to others.

And the complaints that are partly unresolved are because the casinos have not cooperated, so in such cases the Guru team is forced to mark the complaint as unresolved as the casino was not willing to arbitrate.

So if the casinos don't come forward then there is nothing the Guru team can do as they too are NOT the casino!!

Unfortunately, I find that Casino Guru does not work as hard as you say, but yes, they definitely help. Unfortunately, I already have a number of unsolved cases and if the casino no longer answers, they don't care and the case is closed as unsolved.

The complaint shows very well how serious Guru is and that they are really helping here.

The casino would theoretically be right if they confiscated the winnings as it says so in their terms and conditions.

Nevertheless, they decided to pay out a whopping €80,000 just like that, even though they haven't even made a deposit yet!

What does all this tell us?

When casinos are willing to cooperate, Guru can work wonders!!

The casino could just as well have NOT reacted AT ALL and the Guru Team couldn't have done much about it, since there are always 2 parties to a solution and the Guru Team, as I have said many times before, is not the casino, but a platform that mediates and some things more.

In my opinion, you can see very clearly what Guru does here.

Well, we haven't found a working solution for such situations - it probably doesn't exist. Once the casino decides the complaint isn't worth solving - or they simply cut off the cooperation, there's no way we can change that.

We can, however, remind the casino that unresolved complaint means black points, resulting in a lower rating. And each attempt to get in touch with us and debate about the casino's review will start with opening all those unresolved complaints.

Well I think that's more to lure players who still believe in it and then deposit. I don't think these are expensive providers. Otherwise other slots would also be there. Their license doesn't seem to be valid anymore and their credibility is completely gone.....
