Hi Daniel!


I have some concerns regarding the Royal Panda verification process. I have been incorporating with the verification team from Royal Panda for a few weeks now, and they have requested several documents, paystubs, bank statements, various IDs, proof of address which I understand is required especially the proof of address and IDS. However when I was asked to provide my source of income and bank statements from the last 3 months showing ALL transactions the team started asking me very personal questions to which I have answered to the best of my ability and I still have not received my money.


The verification team contacted me yesterday stated that I did not provide sufficient source of income documents when in fact I did so I am not sure how I should proceed because I feel there is miscommunication every time I speak with customer service via chat and the verification team. What should I do? This process started on November 26th I believe.

Hi, I see there is a problem with the account verification. Did they also tell you why the source of income document is not appropriate? I guess that should be an essential in this situation, whether they need it in some other form or what specifically is wrong.

Anyway, if this has been going on for quite a long time and you don't know what to do and the casino can't give you guidance, I would file a complaint if I were you.

Hi Jaro! Unfortunately I am not getting the reason why my source of income is not appropriate, I was just told that I did not provide adequate documentation which I did.


They specifically asked for 3 paystubs from my work which I did provide but I was not told the reason as to why it was insufficient.


What shall I do?

If they don't tell you anything about it and you don't know what's wrong with the document, I'd probably submit a complaint. 

From what you write, this has been dragging on for quite a long time and our team would look into the whole situation.
