Hello Durdica,
first of all, I want you to understand that from the perspective of the closed complaint, Kubo is not in play anymore and he's never been here on the forum. I'm personally in no position to investigate a closed complaint and have no deeper knowledge of your case. Simply put, a forum is not a place for disputing complaint results, I'm afraid.
I imagine this whole situation has been an intense and demanding experience, but I cannot help you here.
If you have new proofs available, and if that option is available in the complaint, please consider using the reopen button.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Unfortunately, I sent Kuba an email before, when there were those first problems with the closure and even earlier, but I never received any response from Kuba to the email. I'm afraid he won't have time to open new emails, so I would ask you if you would be so kind as to at least write to him so that he can check the email 🙏
Hello, I need help filing a complaint against QuickWin Casino.
My account is fully verified and I was previously able to withdraw funds without issue. I made a withdrawal of S/1,650 and later another of S/240, both of which were successfully processed.
However, after these withdrawals, QuickWin has completely blocked the possibility of making further withdrawals. I currently have no pending withdrawals and haven't reached my daily or monthly limits, but the system won't let me withdraw even the minimum amount.
I've tried all available methods, including bank transfer and cryptocurrency/USDT, and the same thing happens: I can't generate any withdrawal request.
I've already contacted QuickWin support and the problem persists. It doesn't seem to be a payment method issue, as none of the withdrawal methods are working.
I would like to request the assistance of Casino Guru so that they can tell me how to formally file my complaint against QuickWin Casino and so that the operator can explain why my account has all withdrawals restricted despite being verified and not having exceeded the established limits.
I can provide screenshots of the error, paid withdrawal history, account verification, and conversations with support.

The screenshots show two different explanations: the withdrawal page says you’ve reached a limit, while support suggests the restriction may be connected to a review of your digital wallet. That needs clarification, especially since you say you have no pending withdrawals and the problem affects every payment method.
You can submit a formal complaint through our Complaint Resolution Center. Select QuickWin and describe what happened, including when the restriction started. The screenshots and support conversation you’ve shared here would be useful for the review. Our team will assess the case and request any further information it needs.
How long have you been unable to submit a withdrawal? Has support given you any timeframe for completing the wallet review, or asked you to provide anything?
In the meantime, I’d suggest keeping the remaining balance untouched while you seek an explanation.
Thank you for your response.
I'd like to explain the situation in more detail. Before this issue arose, I successfully completed the verification process requested by QuickWin. During this review, I was asked to provide several additional requirements, including proof of ownership of my Binance account, documentation related to my trading/earnings, and other verifications. Everything was submitted, reviewed, and the verification was ultimately completed successfully.
After completing this procedure, I was able to make withdrawals normally. QuickWin even subsequently processed and successfully paid an additional withdrawal of S/240.
It was only after that that the current problem began: the system stopped allowing me to make any new withdrawals.
Initially, I assumed I had simply reached the daily withdrawal limit, as these types of platforms usually have set daily limits. For that reason, I waited and tried again later.
However, at the beginning of October I tried again, and the situation remains exactly the same. The system doesn't accept any amount, not even the minimum withdrawal, and it doesn't work using alternative methods either. I've tried both bank transfers and cryptocurrencies, without success.
In practice, the withdrawal function on my account seems to be completely blocked or frozen, as I cannot generate any new withdrawal requests by any method.
Furthermore, QuickWin support later informed me that it was not a problem related to withdrawal limits, but rather a block due to a review of my cryptocurrency wallet, and that the unblocking process was apparently pending.
This raises even more questions for me, because that verification had already been successfully completed, including verifying my Binance account ownership. After that verification, I was even able to withdraw and receive funds correctly.
I currently have no pending withdrawals, I have not been asked for new documentation, and I have not been given a specific deadline to resolve the block.
What I request is that QuickWin review my account and fully restore the withdrawal function, allowing me to access my balance normally through the enabled methods.
That helps clarify the sequence: you completed the Binance verification, received another withdrawal, and only afterwards lost access to all withdrawal methods.
Additional checks can sometimes be required even after successful verification, but support should explain what remains under review, particularly when you haven’t been asked for any further documents. Their latest explanation also suggests that simply waiting for a daily limit to reset won’t resolve this.
What was the date of your first unsuccessful withdrawal attempt, and how much remains in your account? This would help establish how long the restriction has lasted and the amount affected.
I understand why you’re frustrated. Having a verified account and an available balance, yet being unable to submit any withdrawal without a clear explanation, leaves you with little information to act on.
As of today, October 7th, I am still unable to make any withdrawals, not even the minimum amount and through any available method.
I currently have no pending withdrawals. My last withdrawal of S/240 was paid and completed successfully. However, after that payment, the withdrawal function became completely blocked.
Support keeps recommending I delete cookies, change browsers, or use a different device. I've already tried all of these, and the problem persists.
I've attached two particularly important screenshots from the QuickWin Live Chat. In them, the agent explicitly confirms that the problem isn't related to my withdrawal limits and points out that my account was locked due to a review of my cryptocurrency wallet. He even indicates that they were trying to unblock it, but that the process apparently "got stuck."
This shows that it is not a problem with cookies, the device, or having reached a withdrawal limit, but an internal restriction acknowledged by QuickWin support itself that has not been resolved to this day.
Furthermore, prior to all of this, I successfully completed the verifications requested by QuickWin, including proving ownership of my Binance account and providing other required documentation. After passing this verification, I was able to withdraw normally.
Amount currently in dispute: S/1,744.72 PEN.
I request that QuickWin permanently remove the block and restore the ability to withdraw my balance normally.

Thanks for the update. The chat screenshots clarify the situation, support says this isn’t a withdrawal limit, but a restriction linked to the crypto wallet review, and that the attempt to unblock it remained stuck in processing.
Given that explanation, repeating browser and cookie troubleshooting doesn’t address the issue they’ve identified. The relevant department needs to explain what is still outstanding and when you can expect access to withdrawals to be restored, especially since you’ve already completed the requested verification and received a payment afterwards.
Were you able to submit your complaint through the link I shared earlier? It would be the most appropriate thing now , I reckon. Simply I advice you with complaint because here on forum we can't help you but our complaint team would investigate whole situation.
Also, these new messages would be useful for assessing why your S/1,744.72 remains inaccessible.
Dear Casino Guru Team:
Thank you very much for your response and for carefully analyzing the screenshots provided.
I confirm that I have already submitted my formal complaint to Casino Guru,
because QuickWin still does not offer an effective solution.
As you have identified, the casino's own support has acknowledged that this is not a withdrawal limit issue, but rather an internal restriction related to the review of my cryptocurrency wallet, the unlocking process of which has apparently become stuck.
The worrying thing is that more than two weeks have passed without the relevant department solving the problem, despite having successfully completed the requested verifications and having previously received a withdrawal without problems.
Additionally, an advisor mentioned via chat the possibility of making a manual withdrawal, but to date there is no official confirmation by email nor a specific payment date.
Currently, my S/ 1,744.72 remain inaccessible, without QuickWin providing a formal explanation or a definitive solution.
I appreciate your guidance and kindly request that this background information and the screenshots provided be considered by your claims team for the evaluation of my case.
Thank you so much for your support.
Sincerely.
It’s good that you’ve submitted the complaint. The possibility of a manual withdrawal could offer a way forward, but mentioning it in chat doesn’t mean that a payment has been approved or scheduled.
Has QuickWin followed up on that suggestion since then, or does your balance remain inaccessible?
Our complaint team will assess your submission and request anything else they need. If the casino confirms a manual payment or restores withdrawals, please update your existing complaint so the team can take that development into account.
