It's not licensed in Spain either, but there are ways to get in. In the end, they're all part of the Rabidi group.

Their Rabidi license was revoked last year – I contacted them personally.
They currently operate under a license from AOFA.
I have no doubt that the casino will pay out, but it takes 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month and nobody does anything... they promise 3 days, it takes a month and they still have an almost maximum safety rating from the casino guru ? Don't the constant delays in payments make the casino guru reduce the casino's rating?
Please know that whenever players submit their complaints and the complaint finishes as "unresolved," the safety index goes donw.
Also, if we find out and have proof from players of each casino that the casino doesn't stick to the withdrawal period they promise, let's say, we usually put a warning in the review of this casino.
Unfortunately, this happens only after these players come to us, and we know for sure that it is like that. So, it is not that easy to change the rating of the casino, you know, even though we understand how a player must feel and that it is not easy.
Hello, my review has not been approved for more than a month.
What happens if my complaint is closed with the status "unresolved"? Can I resubmit it?
MFG
Hi. We are unable to approve any reviews when a complaint is pending, so please be patient a bit.
Do you mean resubmit the complaint?
If the casino is not responsive to our team, I believe it will not change anything if you resubmit it, unfortunately.
Hello, I have a big problem with this casino now.. I played two tournaments 3 days ago where I placed quite well.. In the casino's terms and conditions, I read everything about the tournament and I should get the money within 72 hours, but when I wrote to them today on live chat, they wanted a screenshot of the tournament.. They don't have any history of tournaments there and the ones that end soon disappear.. There was no mention of a screenshot in the terms and conditions or anywhere else.. They probably want to avoid paying out this way.. Thank you for your answer
Hi, so the question is - what are you supposed to do, right?
Well, that's a rather complicated situation if we don't know the exact rules. Did you receive confirmation, for example, by email or some other official communication channel, of what and how much you won?
What exactly was written in the tournament conditions - how are the points rankings announced?
It's possible that the chat worker didn't understand which specific tournaments you meant, because these casino workers usually don't have direct access to tournament data, so they might have wanted to find out something to pass it on. Do you have a screenshot of some communication with support, please?
I understand that it may look different at the moment, so I would start with how the process is described in the tournament rules on the casino website.
I won 600 euros in one tournament and 800 euros in the other. The conditions are all the same for tournaments except for the minimum bet. The scoring is a bet of 2 euros, a win of 8 euros is 4 points. The winnings should be paid out within 72 hours. There is nothing about a screenshot anywhere, nor did I receive anything by email. Otherwise, I took screenshots of the entire conversation with support. Where should I send it to you?
I have definitely met all the tournament conditions, so please advise what to do next?
Good evening, don't worry, they will give you the money, it's just that sometimes there is a delay from the providers. I also won and they gave it to me after 5 days!!!
Okay, thanks. I was asking how the tournament terms specified that a winner would be announced and how the winner would be notified to claim the prizes. That's what I was asking.
Do you have an idea, please?
There was nothing about that in the terms and conditions..just that the winners will receive the money within 72 hours..so I'll wait and let you know
Ah, I admit that I was a bit surprised. I guess I take such details too much for granted, but at least the confirmation of the claim to the prize sounds quite logical to me. If the order disappears and the money doesn't come, then what do we have in hand, I think.
Well, nothing, let's hope there are no complications. And if anything happens, be sure to get back to me. Or rather, please get back to me anyway, I'd like to be sure that everything went as planned.
but they haven't communicated with me yet and they say they know about my problem..so I'll wait..I hope there will be a solution if they refuse to pay me..thank you casino guru
I didn't want to immediately call out problems, I was just a little surprised by the rules and it's definitely positive that they know about the problem and are communicating. Be sure to let us know how it develops and of course I hope it's just a matter of time!
Great, I'm very happy about that. I also hope you get the money from the other one and when that happens, let us know.
I'm glad it turned out well in the end. 🙂
