Hello. I'm sorry I'm writing now, but I have a lot to learn.

Today there was a little movement on the account and further documenting for verification.

Only the process is not completed due to the end of working hours. So I reckon tomorrow it could come to a successful end.

So I'm not going to file a complaint yet, it's pointless. I hope so.

Good evening I made an account 25/05 at Quickwin I made my first deposit and I also got the first deposit bonus after a little time of playing I won a large amount close to €11,000 I made the required spin and I ended up with €10,000 real money I made after 2 withdrawals 500 €

31/05 I waited a week and I could see that my withdrawals were not progressing, I sent him a message on live chat and they told me not to worry

01/06 I was told my account needs verification

02/06 I send them all the papers and I'm waiting to be verified so my withdrawals can go ahead as well

12/05 all my documents have been accepted since 04/06 and I am still waiting for the verification and withdrawals to proceed

Hi, we give casinos exactly 14 days to resolve the verification and withdrawal, so if you don't manage to do it within that time, then I suggest you open a complaint, which you can submit on this link. 

Anyway, the good news is that they are communicating with you and so I am curious to know if your documents and verification will be in order and you will go through this process successfully. Until that happens, you probably won't be able to withdraw the money, so for now you will have to focus on getting through it smoothly.

Good evening my friend just so you know because I have been playing in this company almost since the company opened it is ok and you will get the money, the only bad thing I find in this company is that you have to level up to raise the withdrawal limit p .x the archive limit is 500€ per day and as long as you play and make deposits it goes up, I have now reached 2000€ per day!!!

And another thing that I would recommend you better not to exceed €1000 when you make a withdrawal request because there you may be delayed in the deposit. I made a profit of €2000 last Friday and I made 1 withdrawal, €1000 came in on the second day and immediately on the second I made the other €1000 and they came in yesterday.
