I contacted support via email.Then the money came after about a week of communication.I also thought there was a scam.But prove me wrong when l get the money.
So at least it turned out well for someone. I hope the unpleasant situations won't happen again.
Even the last money transfer to my private bank account was done in just five hours. I transferred money around 9:00 AM and received it after 12:00 PM.
If I may, the most direct action would be asking casino support.

I've done it 10 times already, and they tell me to send them a deposit confirmation, which I never received. If I enter the code again, it's invalid. I have to wait. I found similar posts online and they had to wait months for their money. I've never had any problems with flexepin before, and since yesterday this payment method is no longer displayed.
