I hope you don't mind me saying that keeping screenshots of the moments you informed the casino of problems is vital to avoid similar disappointments. Especially in the case of WhatsApp communications. Based on my experiences, older messages get deleted without the way of restorations. I would personally recommend email backups or casino chat conversations, though. Official emails are likely to hold the signature and precise date. The authenticity of casino chat is always higher than a WhatsApp profile. Just saying.
