The casino bases its payout on the player's total deposit in one gaming session! It would be great if you would mention that here instead of giving the casino a very good rating, which is incomprehensible at all.

The 2 to 4 EURO that you win here no matter with which stake and in which slot, this casino can stick in its greedy ass!

The casino does not provide me with a list of my total deposits and winnings, although they are obliged to do so!! That already shows that the provider is a scammer.

You don't have any fun here at all, if you enjoy losing and making deposits all the time, you should play here. I'm so fed up with this hazardous waste from Curacao I'm now going back to the casinos in Malta because at least they are reputable and don't cheat!

Hey, hm, it's strange that the payout is based on total deposits. Could you explain better how exactly it works with the deposits and payout? Did you find it somewhere in the Terms and Conditions, or how do you know about this? As for the casino itself and its rating, a very good rating or index is made up of several things and not just the one you mentioned. In this case you can see how we rate the casino here:https://casino.guru/our-casino-reviews

In the context that the casino doesn't want to give you a list of total deposits and wins, I would say that's not right. Every player should be able to look at his history. Have you asked support or live chat why they don't want to give you your history ?

Based on your experience, I understand that this casino will not be good for you. If you've had better experiences elsewhere, I'd stick mostly there, if I'm honest. Which casino is the one you're going back to ?

I've been at this casino for a very long time. Whenever I deposited, I got back the exact amount deposited. Collected through minor wins. If I deposited €50, I got it back. If I deposited €100, it came back, one evening I deposited €800 and I won that back again in various small prizes. But I never got over the deposited amount ever just maxed out the deposit I made that day and then my bankroll went down again as soon as the amount was reached with no further profits. The casino is absolutely dubious in every respect, the fact that it does not issue a list of my transactions should make you realize that it is dubious because casinos are obliged to do so. I asked for the list via email and they refused saying they wouldn't issue such lists. I won't put another cent in my ass at this dubious casino. I have already sent an email to the regulator of this casino.

Care to submit another complaint, perhaps? I would not say the casino limits your withdrawals by the value of your deposits, we are strictly against that and issue a warning.

The way I see it, you are concerned about losses, or let's say about small winnings, am I correct? You know the longer you play the higher chances you'll lose. That's pure math and statistics.

This is also the reason why we do not put this suspect in the safety index. Casinos are businesses, made to gain income. If you play any game with RTP lower than 100% what are you doing? You're losing over time...

I suggest you read this guide:

https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance

If you addressed the casino the way you showed us here, I'm not surprised they are not fond of further assistance. That's what I feel.

But anyone deserves a chance, hence I invite you to submit the complaint. This is the most direct way to support your statement.

Additionally:

"If the complaint is justified and we are unable to resolve it, it is closed and categorized as being 'unresolved'. This happens when the casino either does not respond to us or refuses to do what we consider to be fair in that specific situation. You will not get your desired outcome but the complaint will be saved in our system, the casino will be punished with a lower rating from us and our review of the casino will warn other players of what happened. What's more, if the casino wants to improve its rating in the future, it will be forced to address the complaint, so there is a chance that your complaint will be resolved at a later date."

Go ahead, we aim to be fair.💚

Hello! 👋

A couple days ago I deposited €22 at this casino and i start playing the game Jammin Jars. I’ve bought a few bonuses and i won around €1,200 after that i requested withdrawal of €1,100.

5 minutes later i back to play the same game and i hit the bonus at manual playing on €0,6 bet. The result of this bonus was total win for about €850 after those free spins was completed i get error in the game and i reload the page and big surprise. The money which i won from the last free spins (€850+) was disappeared from my account.

i immediately contacted live chat support and they told me that review is requested and i should be notified when its completed between 24h-48h. It’s already 4 days since i spoke with them about this error and i still haven’t heard anything from them.

I didn’t make any screenshots because error like this happened many time before and after reloading the page it was fine, but this time my winnings disappeared.

Hey. I see that there is a rather unpleasant situation that I would not like to get into. It's a pity you don't have any screenshot but since you mentioned that it happened more often and there was no problem with the money disappearing so far, I understand that you thought it would be ok.

Anyway, it's good that you went straight to live chat and the investigation started. Obviously the game provider will have to comment on this, whether there was some mistake or it was something else. In the meantime, the casino probably won't have anything to say to you if the investigation hasn't been completed and they don't know what was behind the error. Did you try to remind and write to the casino what stage they are in ? Obviously they will still need some time to give you an answer.

But when they do, don't hesitate to let us know what they told you.

I'll be waiting. ☘️🙂

The platform licensed by Novatech Solutions NV

one of them has bad payout odds

I won more than 1000 euros and not even 100 euros

I believe that the RTP on the platform is manipulated

This is the dangerous platform where I've been playing so far

The platform must normally be thoroughly checked

by Curacao authorities

because otherwise it really destroys people

every round deadline no matter what the stake

This is not normal as the Curacao authorities allow such platforms

I tell you to stay away from the platform

Hello, when you say you won, did you manage to withdraw or did you lose all your money in the end ?

As far as RTP is concerned, what is the slot's RTP if you feel it is manipulated ? Is it also with any particular game provider ?

Hello Jaro

No, I lost 1000 euros

I didn't even win 100 euros

Losing every round how is that possible

I have played at many online casinos but have never had an experience like this

I've been playing online slots for over 15 years but I've never come across a website like this

It's normal for people to just lose in casinos

but you pay 20 times within 3 hours and with a stake of 1 euro you lose every time that's absolutely not fair I didn't even win 100 times my stake the platform is very dangerous

I don't know how the Curacao authorities allow something like this that the customer just loses out every time

and the payout rate is 96%, is that true?

I'm sorry if it was really just a downhill ride, but unfortunately sometimes that's the way it goes in casinos and they always have an advantage over the player. I'd like to say it's unusual but it's not. And if you're not doing well, the best thing to do is to take a break or stop playing so you don't lose any more money unnecessarily.

Regarding the RTP, it should be visible on the slots or you can ask the chat what it is on a particular one, because I can't say for them, since I don't play in casinos.

If you try it you can let me know what you find.

All Curacao websites are manipulated

I have blocked all Curacao authorities websites

They made me very sad because they lost 300,000 euros, the big profit was 5000 euros

I have sued the authorities because the RTP of games are manipulated and they are not in control

I deposited more than 1500 euros at Qbet Casino and didn't even win 100 euros or 100 times

Every round gave me a shave and I think that's very, very unfair. I've never thought that the Curacao authorities' platforms are so bad

Every casino in Curacao has different rules, you don't know how you should play

It's best to lock them all away and be done with it

I will never play any other platforms from Curacao authorities again, only with a German license, they are 100% fair and very, very fast

Are you perhaps familiar with the recent Curacao Gambling Law changes and plans for the future?

I'm interested in your opinion. Anyway, there are far better threads focused on this topic 😉:
