I have communicated with them through live chat and they always respond with generic messages and drag their feet. First they say it takes 1 to 3 days. Then they say that it takes 3 to 5 days and then they say that the payment is late so we should be patient.
I have read that there are people who, after months of waiting, still have not received payment. I have screenshots of everything.
