I have just contacted the hosting provider of Playzax Casino ( Namecheap Inc ) to take the appropriate decisions on the matter, in the hope that the same will collaborate with the writer so that the casino will make the payment promised over two months ago as published in the negatively closed complaint at you.

I have just sent a notice to comply also to STERINVEST SE or the one who made the first down payment on behalf of PLYZAX CASINO' (this company also made payments on behalf of CASINO INTENSE) urging it to pay the balance of the amount still present in the closed gaming account.

It turns out that Playzax Casino (hosted by Namecheap Inc) was operated by Tic Tac Toe BV until 2021 which was part of the Carambola SRO Group (Czech Republic). To date it is not known who actually manages it, I assume that this management had unofficially passed to Casino Intense in 2021 through the Czech company Sterinvest SE which is part of the Sterplay Holding Ltd group which also made payments until 2022 and subsequently at the end of the same year to Tinietech Holding BV for management and to Ketano Holding Ltd (Cyprus) for payments.

That's quite an impressive investigation, I believe that I mention that, but would be good to paste any supportive evidence to our data team:

I wrote directly to Gaming Curacao but they turn a deaf ear. I have a balance of approximately 2,600.00 euros in the gaming account opened at Playzax Casino which they do not want to liquidate despite their promises made in the complaint which is still pending. GC says that Pennytech Holding BV has nothing to do with the site that until recently was operational i.e. www.playzax-games.com/en/contact/ but the facts speak for themselves:

The strange thing I've noticed since the beginning of the year is that I paid 3850 euros in less than a month... but the slots have an RTP of zero... it seems unlikely... the cash back is being devoured... That's not my opinion! It is a certain and documented fact that you cannot win at both casinos... they have a fake RTP

Radka asked if what you wrote was about PlayZax casino, because you posted it in the PlayZax casino thread. 

However, you are describing two other casinos, so it's a pretty good question, because if you have experiences that you are describing about other casinos, it would be best to write it in the threads that belong to them. 🙂

As for RTP, it doesn't have to be fake if you say you've won there before. The casino always has an advantage over the player, who usually loses his money there. 🙁
