It is very probable that Playzax operates under license from Antillephone NV, I have sent a complaint to them for information about it... still no reply.

I have written to all local Authorities and contacted the Online Gambling Victims Foundation in Willemstad to have this casino honor the payment as stated in the complaint closed some time ago. If I'm not mistaken who controls the online game is the Gaming Control Board to which I wrote:

Well, we were not fully able to validate its license, so the proper licensing authority is a mystery to us at the moment, hence it's a good intention to go directly to the board.

Kindly let us know if you get any information about the license from the Board.

I guess that the license provider will not be of any use anymore,

we've found out that the casino is unlicensed it only pretended to have a valid license I'm afraid.

I have already received confirmation from Antillephone NV and Cyberluck Curacao NV that Playzax Casino is not their licensee and therefore currently operates in total fraud, I therefore hope that they too will do their part by denouncing Tic Tac Toe BV in the appropriate offices. I also read that there is the CGA (Curacao Gaming Authority) which has supervised all online casinos in Curacao since 2022. Could I have their email contact? I have already written to the Minister of Finance of Curacao and the Government of Curacao but have not yet received any response. the CGA should have a contact with whom they can communicate...

CGA just means that one of the Curacao licensing authorities issued the license - or the sublicense.

These are as followed:

Antillephone, E-Gaming (Cyberluck) Curacao Gaming N.V. and Curacao Interactive Licensing.

To learn which one is involved, one has to enter the casino and search for the validator, which is not an option because the casino is not licensed.

I do not have the contact to CGA, I'm sorry. You reached the top by addressing the Ministry and the Government, I'm afraid.

How can I find out who hosts this site on the Internet or the company that allows this site to operate in this way on the Internet?

the email suggested to me is that of Curacao e-Gaming which has already answered me by telling me that Playzax is not their licensee, while the CGA (Curacao Gaming Authority) appears to be an internal agency of the Government of Curacao (whose name is unknown e-mail) which supervises from 2022 all licenses granted to all online casinos registered on that island. I also found that Playzax Casino has been owned since 2021 by the Czech company Carambola SRO.

although these publications have been removed from the official site, traces of what the casino had published recently remained on Google. I therefore believe, being this very reliable source, that Playzax Casino was and perhaps still is managed by Carambola SRO:
