Yes it is clear to me that you feel there is unfairness in this whole process. In fact, I would not have been as enthusiastic as I mentioned, and with you having opened a complaint, let's try to see how it was. So we will have to be patient and wait for some further progress. Without that we can only guess if the casino doesn't tell you anything more.

Ya patience is not my strong suit. But in this situation I have no other option. I'm just happy I heard about this page and that you guys help. I'm expecting the worst but hoping for the best.the fact that you put in this effort is excellent. Thank you for your efforts.
