I'm not really sure what you're talking about. If you're registered in the casino's affiliate programme, you get your unique link. Once someone clicks on it and then gets redirected to a localised casino website (.de), then it shouldn't matter.
I can see in our system that we have about 15 different links for the casino, including localised version for Germany, Bulgaria, Austria, Sweden etc.
now that casino.com is closing up and have been searching for another Canadian friendly site and what I have read for the most part play ojo sees on the up and up. but on the web version of the site how do I minimize the horrible menu on the left side. cant seem to find a way
Hello.
This is something I would tell their live chat operator. 🙂
If you happen to find the solution, please come back and share. I briefly checked the website and indeed, the menu is irritating 😀. I would also prefer a darker background color...
It is all good here. Have you tried to view the site of the casino again? If the situation still continues, please contact your internet provider. Perhaps they could help. Surely inform us, please, about the outcome.
What does it show in your playing history, if the wins are legit then it will show there. If not and you won it from one spin then it might have been a glitch.
Shouldn't be upgrading a game and letting you play at the same time. Unfortunately the casino can say that and not pay because it's in their terms and conditions. See what the team here say
Yes. I put in a complaint. It's completely ridiculous. In talking to 2 others online who were scammed out of their winnings it was going for 24+ hours. Then almost 48hrs after playojo emailed us say it was a glitch and only offered us 50 to 100 free spins. I'm pissed cause I spent 12+ hours playing it. I won 9200 but only 2 big wins around 1k each. All other winnings were small over all those hours.
Hello, so when the casino told you the game was glitched, did the provider confirm it or not? Did you try to check your gaming history like the player who wrote you back said? Sometimes these things can happen and unfortunately you can't prepare for them.
Of course the best thing would be that if the game provider upgrades the game it shouldn't be possible to play it, but I'm not exactly sure how such things work.
Ya playojo has responded with saying it was a glitch and taking away the winnings. RFRANCO The game developers haven't said anything. I kept all the communications. Something is strange about it. It's not like I won large amounts. It took me 12 hrs to get to 9200.
Sometimes it happens and unfortunately there is nothing the casino can do about it.
But you have an open complaint, so we'll see if something can be resolved or how it turns out.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.🤞
I have never even heard of tgus happening before. I find it hard to believe they can just say "oops" and void a win like that! Doesn't leave me with much confidence in online gambling. I hope I can get some help but I guess I'll just have to wait and see. 12 hrs of playing the game! I make $55 an hour when working. I should charge that!! Haha thank you I appreciate it
I understand how you feel because nobody and not even me would like it if I win and suddenly there is some glitch or technical error. The truth is that sometimes it's unavoidable, but the best thing would be if it's always somehow substantiated that it really happened and that the casino didn't just make it up. That's why our team will be looking into it and hopefully we'll get a relevant answer.
We'll see.
Unfortunately i have never read the terms and agreements till yesterday. But I have to say they should take some responsibility. If it was a short glitch and I won the money in a few spins with huge bonuses i would definitely understand. But for 12+ hours of lots of losses and only a couple big wins it definitely seems like they dropped the ball on monitoring their site. I was winning way more often then I normally do. But that being said i play almost every day for the last year and have never won over 3k. Where a have friends that win 10k + a lot. So it didn't seem impossible. That being said after 12+ hrs of playing 1 game and almost 48hrs before voiding my win seems awfully suspicious to me but losing 10 would probably make everyone suspicious. Lol
