I just received an email from support saying I can only withdraw via bank transfer, but you're telling me crypto is possible. Which is correct?
I have another bank account; do I need to upload the documents separately for that one and withdraw the money there? I can do the whole KYC process for my crypto wallet too, isn't it the same thing? I want to have the money I won.
